For winter swimmers, outdoor freaks and everybody else who is ready for a refreshing start into the new year
We will be starting off with a few breathing exercises from yoga and beyond to mentally prepare ourselves for the swim. After this, we will be heading outside for a nightly dip in the lake. Finally, we will be heading back inside, where we can share our experiences and enjoy a hot soup and a toast to the new year.
What to bring:
Winter swimming equipment as listed on weekly swims
Yoga mat or camping mat (if available)
Meditation cushion / blanket (optional)
We will be providing a hot soup (vegan) + bread, tea and something bubbly for after our swim. If you want, you can also bring a small snack or something to drink for all of us to share.
