Jörg Hoffmann

Jörg discovered winter swimming for himself in winter 2021. The combination of experiencing nature, challenging himself physically and mentally and the great community in the group immediately ignited the spark. The joy is unbroken. After taking over the management of the Friday Swim, participating in the Winter Swimming World Championships in Tallinn 2024 was the highlight so far.

Jörg is thrilled to see how more and more people are turning to this somewhat crazy activity. Being part of it always leads to interesting encounters and friendships with fascinating people from all over the world.

Through his professional work at See Energie Projekte in Lucerne, Jörg has another, very energetic approach to the lake.
